Apply Now →Armenia operates an 11–12 year system of general education. The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport oversees all levels of education. Following independence from the Soviet Union in 1991, Armenia has reformed its education system in line with the Bologna Process, adopting a Bachelor's/Master's/PhD structure at university level. Armenian is the official language of instruction. The academic year runs from September to June.
